Working to Change the World: A Sustainable Future for Workers

What matters is measured, and that’s why we welcome greater transparency on social justice and climate action. It’s why we have increased our commitment to ESG and to all our stakeholders to support common metrics that focus on People, Prosperity, Planet and Principles of Governance – focusing on those areas of highest impact to the people, clients and communities ManpowerGroup serves.

Now is the time to reshape a better, brighter future for workers – one that is more skilled, more diverse, and more wellbeing orientated that we could ever have imagined. Join us in Working to Change the World.

Our Validated Science-Based Targets

We are proud to be the leader in our industry to have independent, scientifically-validated confirmation of our climate action targets by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Committing to these ambitious targets to cut greenhouse gas emissions is the latest milestone in our Climate Action Plan to measure and reduce full value-chain impact and a key part of our ambition to reach net zero by 2045 or sooner.

“We believe what matters is measured, and what is prioritised and communicated gets done. Validation of these targets by SBTi gives our stakeholders reassurance in our renewed commitment to People and Planet, and to advancing towards net zero.”
– Jonas Prising, ManpowerGroup Chairman & CEO
