The PPMA Apprentice of the Year competition is all about showcasing emerging talent and their innovative ideas for the future of public services. It will present real life challenges that inform, test and stretch you to refine your skills and abilities and realise your potential as a future leader.
This competition is run in partnership between ManpowerGroup and the PPMA. It is a great opportunity for you to be recognised on an industry wide stage and many past winners have quickly progressed in their careers after taking part.

Congratulations to all shortlisted PPMA Apprentice of the Year applicants
The deadline for submissions has just closed and we received a fantastic number of applicants again this year. The PPMA team enjoyed reading each and every application and had the onerous task of shortlisting the individuals. After much deliberation, the judges picked 13 individuals who demonstrated their talent and their innovative ideas for the future of public services.
