ManpowerGroup’s European Works Council (EWC) was formed on 6th March, 2017, following a negotiated agreement.

EWCs are bodies representing the employees within the European Economic Area (EEA) of a company. Through them, elected EWC representatives are informed and consulted by management on the progress of the business and any significant decision affecting two or more EEA countries. The minimum frequency for the information and consultation discussions is annually. Following the annual meeting each countries EWC representative updates company employees.

ManpowerGroup’s EWC agreement includes the UK, following Brexit, represents all brands and entities, including Experis, Talent Solutions, Manpower, Brook Street, Jefferson Wells and employee type, whether permanent or temporary.
