ManpowerGroup’s European Works Council (EWC) was formed on 6th March, 2017, with a term of four years, following a negotiated agreement.

EWCs are bodies representing the employees within the European Economic Area (EEA) of a company. Through them, employees are informed and consulted by management on the progress of the business and any significant decision affecting two or more EEA countries.

ManpowerGroup’s EWC agreement states there will be an annual meeting with central management and the 27 EEA countries, of which the UK is one.

The first Annual EWC meeting will be held w/c 28/5/18.
