WEBINAR: UK Jobs Outlook: Q4 2022 – How to turn a positive experience for employees into a positive experience for your organisation

Whilst hiring confidence remains positive across all sectors, according to the latest ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey (MEOS) for Q4, new candidates are faced with less bargaining power as employers prioritise retaining their existing workforce.

The focus is now shifting to existing employees. Fair wages and stability will always be important, but they are increasingly hygiene factors. Employees expect more – from their working lives, and from their employers. Well-being, both emotional and physical, is now firmly front and centre when it comes to workers’ priorities.

“Over the last 12 months we have seen employers offer unprecedented benefits, from hefty signing bonuses to fully remote working, in order to attract skilled candidates. However, as demand for new workers cools, candidates are less able to secure these benefits – but many existing employees don’t want to give them up.” Chris Gray, Director at ManpowerGroup UK

Can providing a positive experience to candidates and your existing workforce create a positive experience for your organisation, as well as improved staff retention?

Host Petra Tagg, Director of Key Accounts,  is joined by Barrie Broawn, Talent Acquisition Manager for Just Eat Uk and Ireland to discuss the results of the latest MEOS survey for Q4 2022, as well as what it means to create a positive experience for both candidates and employees and how this can benefit organisations across the UK. Discussions cover:

  • The latest statistics and trends from the ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey for Q4
  • What workers want – what employees want from their working lives, and from their employers
  • Turning insights into action – how to ensure both organisations and individuals alike are resilient and primed to succeed in the world of work
