We’re pleased to introduce our latest ESG Progress Report, showcasing the advancements we’ve made across our Environmental, Social and Governance commitments, as well as the initiatives we’re accelerating to build a more sustainable and inclusive future of work.
This year’s report offers more than metrics, it brings to life the people, partnerships and purpose behind our ESG journey. Whether it’s cutting emissions, strengthening equity, or empowering talent within our communities, the progress we’ve achieved reflects the passion and dedication of teams across our UK business.
ManpowerGroup Sustainability Report 2024-2025: Working to Change the World
We’re excited to release ManpowerGroup’s 2024-25 Working to Change the World Report. Our fifth annual report centres on the theme “A human-first, just transition” and showcases the progress we’ve made together across our Sustainability pillars of Planet, People & Prosperity, and Principles of Governance.
Our working to change the world plan
Our validated science-based targets
We are proud to be the first in our industry to publish independent, scientifically-validated confirmation of our climate action targets by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Committing to these ambitious targets to cut greenhouse gas emissions is the latest milestone in our Climate Action Plan to measure and reduce full value-chain impact and a key part of our ambition to reach net zero by 2045 or sooner.
“We believe what matters is measured, and what is prioritised and communicated gets done. Validation of these targets by SBTi gives our stakeholders reassurance in our renewed commitment to People and Planet, and to advancing towards net zero.”
– Jonas Prising, ManpowerGroup Chairman & CEO
More than 70 years ago, our business was founded on the principle of “doing well by doing good” – delivering a profit to our shareholders while contributing to society. Fast forward to today and this dual purpose still holds true:
