Tom leads ManpowerGroup UK’s Enterprise division across both the Manpower and Brook Street brands.

Tom joined Manpower in 2007 as an Operations Manager and held several roles across ManpowerGroup, including leading adoption of our transformation programme. He became Brand Leader for Manpower UK in 2023, responsible for the day-to-day management of the Manpower business, and joined the UK Leadership Team in 2024.
