Dave joined ManpowerGroup almost 20 years ago, when he was tasked with developing solutions for IT companies within the Financial Services sector. He is now responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of bespoke solutions for organisations across the IT, retail, gaming and entertainment sectors. He has a wealth of experience in providing a range of innovative delivery models to large scale, national clients, including Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Managed Service Programmes, Project Permanent Hiring and Total Talent Management. Organisations that Dave has partnered with include a prestigious British food, clothing and home retailer; a big four supermarket; and a multi-brand luxury car manufacturer retail network.
