Aaron Wallace – EWC Representative
I am the Recruitment Delivery Director for Jefferson Wells, working out of Bristol CoRE and have been with the business 9 years, having started as a recruiter on the Babcock delivery team.
In recent years, I have had greater interaction with colleagues across Europe and found this to be a positive experience. At a transactional level, I have seen how decisions in one region may impact colleagues in another. Therefore, I would like to offer my time to contribute to future discussions and decision making. Whilst I have always had a focus on driving high performance, I am a firm believer that results are delivered through happy, engaged, and supported teams. Therefore, I believe I bring a balanced, focused yet people centric perspective to the council.
Anne Mulvaney-Hunt – EWC Representative
I am a Business Area Lead for Brook Street and Brook Street Social Care within the RISE Project. I have worked within the Brook Street brands for over 20 years working in multiple positions within both Operations and Business Support.
I want to join EWC to represent the UK brands as I love to learn and to share my learnings with others to make a positive difference. I find sharing practices and learning new ways of working fascinating which sparks my curiosity. I’m passionate about the work we do at Brook Street and the wider Manpower Group and the difference we make to our people, clients and associates. I believe continuous improvement as an individual, team and company alongside our standards and values are vital to ensure our people have the tools and knowledge they need to be successful, deliver our strategy and thrive.
Kevin Connolly - Substitute
I am a Powersuite Adoption Leader MPG UK. I have worked for ManpowerGroup for 2 years and 3 months.
With my 25 years in the Recruitment industry across several different sectors, countries, etc, I feel I could offer significant value as a UK EWC representative. On a personal level, it would be an honour to be chosen and entrusted as a voice for our UK community and feel it would be a very rewarding experience if elected. As a Senior Leader within MPG UK, my key responsibility is to ensure the UK workforce successfully transition to our global RISE strategy. This involves communicating with employees across a wide spectrum, from Administrators to Brand Leaders, showcasing proficient communication skills. Prior to this role, I managed the largest account within the UK (PSR) and therefore have an excellent understanding of how our organisation runs today. Furthermore, I bring extensive experience, having previously occupied a global operational role for six years before joining MPG and would leverage my expertise in working with diverse cultures and languages to make a valuable contribution to the EWC.
Martin Ferguson – Substitute
I am head of Delivery for Tech – Permanent Hiring – CoRE and I joined MPG Experis 8years ago. I would welcome the opportunity to be part of the EWC to amplify our people’s voice beyond my current work streams, fostering UK values in EU decision-making. My goal is to achieve an inclusive MPG where concerns are respected, addressed, and people are heard and listened to. Engaging with EU counterparts, I aim to learn and share practices, enhancing our business knowledge for broader benefit. With in-depth familiarity in Experis, Talent Solutions and an understanding of Manpower, Jefferson Wells, and SJB Group, I possess a strong foundation in our business landscape. My strong UK network and exposure to EU countries provide valuable support, while my openness to seeking counsel proves my willingness to make the right decisions. I embody our standards: clarity, care, and grow – prioritising our people’s welfare. Leading the Altrincham office reflects my commitment to fostering diverse perspectives and a positive environment. Operating with integrity, I navigate complex business-person preferences, ensuring courageous decisions for optimal outcomes. My adeptness in negotiation and communication underpins my suitability for this role.
