The Career Transition Partnership (CTP) is a contract between the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and Right Management, which has proudly been the official provider of resettlement, supporting more than 320,000 leavers of the Armed Forces for over 25 years as they transition from military to civilian life.
The CTP provides resettlement services for those leaving the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Air Force and Royal Marines, regardless of time served, and there are huge benefits from registering and accessing the wealth of support that’s offered. Support includes, but isn’t limited to: career transition guidance, skills workshops, vocational training and routes to employment.
Coming from a professional career in the military, service leavers make highly skilled, committed and capable employees offering a wide range of transferrable skills and experience. Not surprisingly, they’re in big demand by many organisations – and the good news is that they make it easy for you to locate and employ the right talent for your organisation.
The CTP works closely with a wide range of global, national and regional employers to secure suitable employment outcomes for service leavers. This can be via transition and recruitment events, open days, live chats or attending CTP employment fairs, where around 100 employers join 300-500 service leavers for a day of networking, job-finding and discovering new opportunities.
