As the Managing Director for the Skill Specialists division in the UK, Lennie is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Manpower Engineering, Brook Street Social Care and SJB Medical business lines, with continued development of our specialisms and nurturing our expert recruiters to partner with clients and build lasting candidate relationships being a key focus.

Lennie joined ManpowerGroup in 2021 as Permanent Recruitment Director growing our perm position across our Manpower, Brook Street and Experis brands. In 2023, Lennie took on the role of Convenience Director in the Manpower brand to accelerate local expertise across the UK network.

Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Lennie held senior leadership roles focusing on the retail and consumers markets covering domestic and international business, with a focus on growing new territories and business lines from startups to globally recognised brands across the high street and luxury settings, placing talent cross border and in the UK.

Lennie embraces her Greek Cypriot heritage and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also very passionate about mentoring women who are developing into leadership roles and have ambition to accelerate their careers.
