Leigh is Managing Director of ManpowerGroup UK’s Local Staffing Services, overseeing the Brook Street and Manpower convenience brands and leading a nationwide network of more than 50 branches, supporting thousands of associates and clients across the UK.

With over 30 years’ experience in recruitment, Leigh joined Brook Street in 1992 as a Recruitment Consultant and has progressed through senior operational and leadership roles including Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Operations Director, before being appointed Brand Leader in 2020 and joining the ManpowerGroup UK Board in 2023.

Leigh is passionate about building high-performing, inclusive teams and is deeply committed to developing future leaders, driving productivity and delivering sustainable growth. She has led multiple large-scale business transformations, focused on modernising local staffing, embedding digital innovation and strengthening customer and candidate experience.
