Lee has held multiple leadership roles across EMEA, North America and APAC, with over 30 years of experience within the recruitment sector, working with global organisations to help shape their recruitment strategies, talent development and workforce transformation initiatives.

Lee joined ManpowerGroup in August 2025 as Managing Director and board leader for the Commercial Staffing business, overseeing operations for the Manpower and Brook Street brands , including specialist divisions – with a focus on accelerating digitisation, diversification and innovation efforts to deliver greater value to clients and candidates.

He is passionate about talent development and the power of meaningful work to transform lives, especially in today’s rapidly evolving world of work.
